Old noble villa

Noble old villa situated in the heart of Chianti. The villa is 400 metres above sea level and has beautiful untouched views; it extends over three floors and they are all in excellent condition and the last restoration work was carried out in 1996. The gardens and terraces are habitable and extend over two levels and the swimming pool is 5x10 and situated on a patio near a green field with a gazebo below the villa. From the kitchen you can see the views over the terrace and is covered and ideal to enjoy your meals while you look at the views over the countryside. The stairs and door frames are made of stone (pietraserena). The living room on the first floor has a high ceiling made of wood so you feel the noble presence.
