Country Home in Chianti, Tuscany

Rare in Chianti as you don’t often find small detached houses in Chianti as they are normally big; there is 200 m2 externally and a converted barn. Within there is a charming renovated house that is suitable as a private residence but also as an investment and could be rented out. It has two hectares of ground of which one is vineyards of Chianti Classico and 120 olive trees. There is a large swimming pool and wonderful views towards the south and in the distance you can even see Siena. In fact we are only 20 minutes from the town of Siena and near to a beautiful village where there is a restaurant and bar.
