The coach guides the client in exploring solutions and truths they already possess, like a guided journey toward independent discovery.

I bring the same approach to real estate: I accompany my clients on their journey to find the right home, investment, or ideal retreat, supporting them in making the best choice. In my role as a “real estate coach,” I don’t impose choices, nor am I discouraged by clients who need more time. I never see a hesitant client as a “waste of time,” nor do I judge anyone based on the size of their budget. I simply accompany them, investing as much time as necessary for each person to find exactly what they are looking for.

If doubts arise, we analyze fears together: we smooth out the irrational ones and confront the real ones, looking for practical solutions. How? By providing every technical and legal detail needed, offering access to trusted professionals—technicians, architects, notaries—and even providing concrete estimates from reliable artisans. Until the client is ready to take that big step and realize their dream, I invest in their project with the same passion.
