Until about twenty years ago, the word “coach” meant exclusively the coach of a sports team. But today? Well, today the world of coaching has become a veritable bazaar! There are coaches of all kinds: business coaches, life coaches, relationship coaches, parent coaches, leadership coaches, executive coaches, team coaches, health coaches… not to mention shopping coaches and even coaches for finding one’s color harmony!
Coaching, in fact, has a unique quality: it does not provide answers, but facilitates a process of discovery. It is a process facilitator, not a content provider, who enters the relationship neutrally, without directing or advising. The coach guides the client in exploring the solutions and truths he or she already possesses, as in a guided journey toward self-discovery.
I bring the same approach to real estate: I accompany my clients on their journey to find the right home, investment or ideal shelter, supporting them in making the best choice. In my role as a “real estate coach,” I do not impose choices, nor do I let clients who need more time discourage me. I never see a hesitant client as a “waste of time,” nor do I judge anyone by the size of their budget. I simply accompany them, investing as much time as necessary for each one to find exactly what they are looking for.
Every client is a king with a dream, a mission. Whether they find their home right away or explore for years before hearing that “yes,” that’s perfectly fine. If doubts arise, let’s analyze the fears together: blunt the irrational ones and address the real ones, seeking practical solutions. How? By providing every necessary technical and legal detail, offering access to trusted professionals-engineers, architects, notaries, and even providing concrete quotes from reliable craftsmen. Until the client is ready to take the plunge and realize his dream, I invest in his project with the same passion.
