Prestigious Villa with cellar

The villa showcases all its beauty both externally and internally: the living area covers approximately 1,600 sqm. On the first floor, along with service areas, there are a spacious living room, a TV room, a fitness room, a billiard room, and a wine tasting room.

On the second floor, a large gallery leads to the bedrooms, nine in total with five being suites and four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.

The villa is surrounded by a large park with ancient trees, a swimming pool, a bar area, and outbuildings resembling a small village, including a farmhouse with 5 perfectly restored apartments and a consecrated church.

There are two new cellars, both equipped with stainless steel tanks, while the old cellar houses wooden barrels.

Since 2000, a modern company has been established here: the cellar features modern equipment for bottling, labeling, and wine storage. There is also a wine analysis laboratory. The total floor area of all buildings is 4,541.00 sqm.

The total land area is 40 hectares and lies on a gentle hill: 12 hectares partly arable, 8 hectares partly olive grove, and 20 hectares partly vineyard.

The grape varieties planted in 2001 include Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Sangiovese, and Merlot. The vineyards are in the Chianti D.O.C.G. zone. Olive harvesting is done manually and the oil is produced using cold pressing with natural stone.
