Villa Stefania

Villa Stefania is immersed in the greenery of marvelous nature and is situated in a very tranquil area with a wonderful lake view over the Gulf of Salò and the surrounding hills.

The large 8,000 sqm park is finely manicured, and the large pool with waterfalls ensures relaxation. The entrance to the villa is preceded by a tree-lined driveway with historic stone pavements from the 1900s, recovered from the Milan tram line.

From here, you access the kitchen, separated from the living room by a magnificent frescoed door. This door dates back to the 17th century (one of the four existing in the villa).

The sleeping area includes a master suite with a fireplace and balcony access. This master suite features a large wardrobe, and its exclusive bathroom has a bronze bathtub. There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor, each with its own bathroom.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor terrace of 60 sqm with views of the lake and hills.

On the lower floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, three additional bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, storage room, and a 70 sqm tavern.

Additionally, there is a 120 sqm garage accessible via an electric overhead gate, a 20 sqm cellar, and a boiler room.
