A tourist facility in the hills between Florence and Siena

Tourist company in a magnificent panoramic position composed of various buildings and agricultural land.

The first core consists of three late 19th-century buildings which originally served as the farmer’s house, barn, and pigsty. Today, meticulously restored, they are used as follows:

  • The farmhouse, spanning two above-ground floors with an annex on the ground floor, includes rooms equipped for meals, notably used for weddings, with two large halls and a spacious kitchen.
  • The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase and comprises four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, in addition to an office, storage room, dressing room, and three bathrooms.

The barn (two above-ground floors) consists of two apartments, as does the former pigsty.

The second cluster of buildings, recently constructed, consists of three structures:

  • A building used as a reception area, also housing breakfast and restaurant activities with a kitchen, veranda, laundry, and technical rooms.
  • The main residential building spans three above-ground floors and a basement. The ground floor accommodates 5 apartments, and the first floor has 3 apartments. All units have independent entrances and are logically divided, featuring spacious layouts with kitchen-living room areas, bathrooms, hallways, and two bedrooms, along with terraces and/or porches. Exceptionally, apartment number 5 spans three above-ground floors like a tower, and apartment number 6 on the first floor includes an attic on the second floor.
  • The remaining building comprises two floors with three beautiful apartments.

The property also includes 73 hectares of land, surrounding the buildings as a park with pathways, a fountain, a valley-view swimming pool, ample parking, 2.5 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, arable land, woodland, two lakes, and a game reserve.

Chianti is renowned worldwide for its fine wines, particularly Chianti Classico, a robust and aromatic red wine made from Sangiovese grapes. The wineries scattered across the hills provide opportunities to taste these excellent wines, immersing oneself in the winemaking tradition of this region. But the Chianti hills are not just a haven for wine lovers; they are also an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts and outdoor sports enthusiasts. The winding roads traversing the hilly landscape are perfect for cycling or hiking, allowing visitors to discover hidden corners and spectacular views. The medieval villages dotting the Chianti hills, such as Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, and Castellina in Chianti, are historical gems with ancient churches, picturesque squares, and medieval walls that tell stories of times gone by. The Chianti hills are a magical place that captivates the senses and the soul, offering an unforgettable experience blending nature, culture, and winemaking tradition.
