Farm and the village, about 2800 square meters. surface of buildings immersed in about 65 hectares of land of which 30 are cultivated with woods over 6 hectares of olive grove with 1760 plants and about 30 hectares of arable land, located on the hilly ridge from the Crete Senesi, is therefore at the center of an area rich in historical ruins and various landscapes.

From the residential complex, the gaze can span the hills of Montepulciano and Monte Cetona, towards the ”Crete Senesi”, towards Monte Amiata and again towards Siena.

In the immediate vicinity are important places of cultural and architectural interest such as the Romanesque church of S. Stefano, the monastery of S. Anna in Camprena with the frescoes of Sodoma and a little further, the abbey complex of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Pienza, Montepulciano and many other places yet.

The eighteenth-century manor house houses three rooms with frescoed walls and ceiling dating back to the 1800s. and six suites whose furniture, rigorously antiques, have been chosen with particular attention to the style and age of the Villa.

In order to offer a complete service, each room and suite has been furnished with a minibar, telephone and satellite television.

The farmhouse part of the village, made up of old houses, stables and barns, has been completely restored and transformed into comfortable apartments, each furnished with Tuscan poor art furniture and almost all furnished with the old fireplace that was once again functional.

The 20 apartments (with a total of 30 rooms) are all furnished with materials of Tuscan poor art and designed to best satisfy the taste and need of each guest.

The Borgo restaurant is born in the ancient rooms of the cellars of the farm where they found the barrels and barns; the furnishings and the architectural structure of its rooms still retain the characteristic appearance.

The outdoor environment also offers the possibility of recreation such as the swimming pool and hot tub or the bar, where you can taste typical dishes in front of a pleasant panorama.

The same woods, finally, create excellent opportunities for walks on foot or on horseback.

The careful renovation of the village has brought back the village to its former glory with its characteristic rural buildings, the elegant manor house, the streets and gardens, as well as the same agricultural activity with the cultivation of olive trees, the original resource of a time and current source of production of an excellent extra virgin organic olive oil, precious taste of the Tuscan lands.

From the articulated structure it was also possible to create rooms ideal for meetings, congresses, convivial evenings or simply, for quiet moments of relaxation dedicated to pleasant readings.

The complex is currently a high-level accommodation facility, ideal for shooting fiction films and TV commercials and of course corporate and private events.
